Kate Ragan

Kate Ragan is a current Senior at Elon University, where she is pursuing a BFA in Musical Theatre. She is currently based out of North Carolina in a small town, 1 hour east of Raleigh, called Goldsboro. Kate found theatre at a very young age and relished in the art of storytelling. It has always been a part of her, and she still has so many stories to tell.

Kate believes in the multi hyphenate artist and being a well-rounded person, artist, and academic. She values ambition and passion, accompanied by compassion and authenticity in workspaces for cast, crew, and creatives.

When she is not on stage or in dance classes, she finds joy in reading, writing screenplays, taking and teaching yoga classes, watching horror movies, and playing with her cat, Tucker.

Recently Kate was Maureen Johnson in Elon University’s production of RENT. Up next, she will be understudying Diane in the Collegiate Premiere of Come From Away at Elon University.
